I’m in the middle of redesigning the Pucks so that they no longer need to be plugged in to recharge.  The new pucks will be dropped into a charging station for a recharge.  They will also use magnetic closures, rather than Velcro, will have a hemispherical difuser for the LED, and will have their Puck number embossed on the top.  I used the Pro features in Sketchup to create the cavity.  Here are some pictures of the most recent prototypes:
